Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and coordinate daily construction site operations.

  • Perform and supervise basic hands-on construction tasks, including:

    • Plumbing (fixture replacement, shut-offs, minor repairs)

    • Electrical (outlets, switches, light fixtures)

    • Drywall hanging, finishing, and repair

    • Painting, trim, and baseboard installation

  • Inspect all work for quality and accuracy, ensuring projects meet standards.

  • Schedule and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.

  • Maintain a safe jobsite, enforcing OSHA standards and correcting unsafe practices.

  • Communicate clearly with project managers, adjusters, and homeowners.

  • Keep accurate daily reports, jobsite photos, and compliance documentation.

  • Projects completed on time, within budget, and at or above quality standards.

Requirements

  • Hands-on construction experience required, including:

    • Basic plumbing

    • Basic electrical

    • Drywall installation and finishing

    • Painting and finish carpentry (trim/baseboards)

  • Strong multitasking and organizational skills.

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

  • Ability to problem-solve and adapt quickly.

  • Moldable and open to learning advanced skills.
